Terms of Use

1. License Grant

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of any entity, and In The Black Budget LLC, operating as Pravely. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one licensed copy of the Pravely Premium Toolkit for the purchaser's own personal, non-commercial financial planning and budgeting purposes.

2. Ownership

The workbook, including its original content, structure, design, formulas, calculations, graphics, instructions, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Pravely LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of the workbook does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the purchaser.

3. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by Pravely in writing, the purchaser may not sell, resell, sublicense, assign, transfer, publish, upload, distribute, share, reproduce, or otherwise make the workbook or a substantial portion of it available to another person or the public. The purchaser may not use the workbook to create or distribute a competing commercial product.

4. Personal Use

The license is intended for the individual purchaser's personal use. A separate license should be obtained for another individual, household arrangement, business, employer, client, or other commercial use where applicable.

5. License Identification

Each distributed copy contains a unique License ID and other identifying information associated with the purchaser. This information may be used for license administration, customer support, fraud prevention, and investigation of unauthorized redistribution.

6. Updates and Support

Updates, revisions, support, and other services, if offered, may be subject to separate terms and may depend on the purchaser maintaining a valid license.

7. Disclaimer

The workbook is an educational and organizational tool and is not a substitute for individualized financial, tax, legal, investment, lending, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for evaluating information and decisions applicable to their circumstances.

8. Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use may result in suspension or termination of the license and may lead to enforcement of applicable contractual and intellectual-property rights.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the workbook, the user acknowledges that the workbook is licensed rather than sold as an assignment of intellectual-property ownership and agrees to comply with the applicable Terms of Use presented at the time of purchase.

10. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital download delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you're having trouble opening or using the file, reach out and we'll help.

11. Founding Customer Offer

The Premium founding price is a one-time purchase price available during the founding launch. The offer may close or change for future purchasers. Feedback is appreciated but is not required to receive the price. Optional 7- and 14-day check-ins and workbook-update notices are sent only when the purchaser separately consents to those emails. Testimonial use requires separate permission.
